Presenting “The Living Room”
Thursday 2/19 8:00 at the SFIT Second Stage
About the Show
The Living Room is Illuminaughty’s signature show format. Illuminaughty deconstructs a topic selected from the audience by engaging in a spirited discussion, drawing upon our personal experiences and opinions. Whenever the mood strikes, the environment will suddenly shift from the safety of the discussion panel into the world of scenic improv where anything can happen! Journey down the path toward enlightenment with our five adorable, hilarious, and authoritative “experts” as they uncover the secrets of life according to them!
This show may contain adult language and themes.
About the Group
Illuminaughty is a Seattle based long form improv group consisting of Chris Wong, Mike Glissmeyer, Katherine Boyd, Carmin Atrops, and Kevin O'Malley. These five friends met in various capacities through local Seattle improv classes and finally combined their forces and inappropriate senses of humor to form Illuminaughty.
They made their debut at Unexpected Productions' Triathalon competition in October 2013 and haven't looked back. Coached by the incredible duo of Carskee (Erin Plischke and Jennifer Cargill), Illuminaughty brings a no rules, no limits, style of comedy to the Seattle area.
Illuminaughty has performed at many of the venues in Seattle, including the Market Theater, the Atlas Theater, and the Jet City Improv Theater. They can usually be found performing their signature "Living Room" format at The Pocket Theater. They look forward to entertaining you at SFIT this year!
